Monitoring and Controlling Method for Rolling Parameters for Orthodox Roller at St. Coombs Estate Tea Factory

Relevant bidding document and more information can be obtained from Procurement Officer of the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle, upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Rs. 3000 per item to the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka from 18.08.2025 to 02.09.2025 on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Bidding documents should be sent by registered post or delivered to the Chairman, Department of Procurement Committee (Minor), Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle on or before the 03.09.2025.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle at 10.00 a.m. on 25.08.2025.

Bidding documents will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 03.09.2025 at the of Deputy Director (Administration) Office.

Relevant procurement documents and further details may be obtained from

upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- to
Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka
between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on weekdays from 11.08.2025 until 26.08.2025.

Bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to
“Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle to
receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 27.08.2025.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle at 10.00 a.m. on 20.08.2025.

Invitation for Bids

Separate sealed bids are invited by the Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Tea Research Institute

from reputed Contract Firms for

Installation of New Electrical Wring System of Lamillier Tea Factory.

A complete set of Bid documents could be collected from 23rd June, 2025 from TRI, Talawakelle by submitting the expression of interest with non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,000.00.

The individual Bid documents should be send by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the TRI Talawakelle on or before 2.00 p.m. on 16th July, 2025.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be scheduled for bidders who collected Bid documents at the Tea Research Institute of Sri Lanka, Talawakelle at 10.00 a.m. on 9th July, 2025.

Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 16th July, 2025 at Office of Deputy Director (Administration), TRI where the Bidders or their representatives could be present at the opening of Bids.
