HE Andres Marcelo Gonzalez Garrido, Ambassador of Cuba visit to TRISL on 25 August 2023

HE Andres Marcelo Gonzalez Garrido, the Ambassador of Cuba in Sri Lanka visited the TRISL and had discussions with the Director, TRISL and Senior Scientists/ Heads of the R&D Divisions on potentials of promoting Sri Lankan tea to Cuba as well as developing R&D proposals for mutual benefits. TRISL is proud to have HE Andres Marcelo Gonzalez Garrido being the first Cuban Ambassador visiting the premier tea research Institute in Sri Lanka and looks forward to promising diplomatic relations and collaborations for plantation industry developments.
