Mr. R N Bhaskar, Indian Journalist’s visit to TRISL, Talawakelle on 21 August 2023

Sri Lanka Tea Board arranged Mr. R N Bhaskar, a consulting editor of “Asia Converge”, India who is in a mission in information gathering in Sri Lankan Tea Industry, visited the second oldest Tea Research Institute of the world, TRISL at Talawakelle. He had discussions with Director and Advisory and Extension staff of TRISL on current R&D inventions and innovations and future directions of the TRISL. The information gathered on research, outreach and the services of the TRISL towards the benefit of the tea industry will be published in “Asia Converge” webpage and his blog.
